Joe- adding water shouldn't be a problem with a raw diet. I have only read about it being an issue with kibble and even then I have found just as many articles/opinions stating you don't have to limit water as I have stating you do. Joe by feeding Lucky raw you have made the chances of her getting bloat very, very, small (it is more of an issue with kibble fed dogs)- yet another benefit of raw.
