My dopey dogs want to stay out in this weather!!! I went out to pick up poop, still in my nightgown (only because of Rex and his poop eating!!), I think my nightgown got static cling and kept creeping up my legs.... brrrrrrrrr!!!!! But I kept up the job at hand so they could play out there and I don't have to think of what Rex is eating. Good thing we keep on top of the cleaning up situation with 2 dogs, it sure piles up fast if you don't do it everyday. It has been too cold to go out to do it more than that, LOL. We have the same temps as you right now Sally. Wind and all.
I don't let them stay out more than 10 minutes at a time, but they do go out alot to get their exercise... they non stop run while out there.
