This is the only place peaches is allowed to go to the bathroom in our back yard. We don't even have to pick up the poop as we hose it up and then add some natural enzymes from the pet store to help break up the bacteria.
We also got something called a Pee post from the pet store but peaches never liked it.
We still have a puppy gate up around the 4 x 4 area but the door is always open. Eventually we will remove the cage but we are not in a hurry.

That's cool - similar to what I tried. Are you brining her on a leash every time during the training process.
PS I tried the Pee Post also - didn't do anything.
I ordered the rocks... will let you guys know if they work for us.
