our kids have hoops they swing around and jump through... so does peaches
our kids are crawling in and out of our banister railing... so does peaches

I need to take a video of her doing the tunnel.... she gets sooooo excited that you want her to run through it. it's like she says to you "OMG! OMG! CAN I?! CAN I?!..(goes through)..AGAIN!? Again!? CAN I? CAN I?"

Default Update!!!

Peaches finished her agility introduction classes this week and is not prepared to head into full agility training when she is a bit older.
Although she was afraid of the teeter totter at the begining we have gotten her on it with great success. As mentioned the tunnel was too easy and we haven't explored the sandwhich board.

Sorry I havent' gotten any video of the tunnel at home. I've been pretty busy with the skin kids to have any time!

Default Update

Peahes has now started her second level of agility training. Although she is good at agility she tends to get a tad excited about playing with the other dogs while she is there.

Our trainer asks that everyone uses a gentle leader, or halti in training now which is ok with us. We have the choke chain and hate it because it slides down her next. When we walk her we use a prong collar as it stays higher up around her neck.

We put the halti on her the other day and she was NOT impressed. Ah well she will get use to it!

Way to go Peaches, second level, good girl. We use a halti on Ruby for street walking, we started her on it very slowly using lots of treats through the nose part to start off with, and then only putting it on for a few seconds, giving lots of treats and taking it off again and building time up that way with it. Funny though, nearly all the dogs at our agility classes - even the beginners class where me and Ruby are stuck forever more, work off-lead - you say all the dogs in your class are on haltis? are they all young ones then?
