She is a really great puppy and was my pick female .
I would be tempted to keep her , but my husband says no.

They turned 5 months on Dec 27th .

They did not want her because they were having a hard time house training her .
Since she has been back with me on my schedule she is doing great with the house training . No accidents in her crate and only 2 accidents in the house.

Why is it, do you think as a pro, that people have a hard time potty training dogs. I've never had a problem potty training any dog I've ever had, besides Rex because of his colitis, but that was not a training problem. I am just curious as to your thought on why some can't potty train.

Rex has never had an accident since his colitis was under control.

I think these are common mistakes people make.

1 is that they give a puppy too much freedom .(If you can not watch them how can you see if they need to go out . And why would a puppy hold it if they can run off and pee in another room.)

2 that people miss the tiny signals that puppies make letting you know they need to potty .If you are not watching a puppy then how can see them heading for or sitting by the door asking to go out.

3 people are not consistant with a potty schedule.
