Is that video for real or is someone playing that noise over the top. The pups don't look like they are making that noise to me - they just look tired to me. Does anyone know if they do make that sound? and if so, why? they don't look cold or hungry so why would they all be making that weird noise? I'd love to hear what Missi or Marylou have to say about this...........

Why am I the only one not getting any picture or sound?
Is it because I am using a MAC computer?

all puppies make that sound, i believe in this video it just sounds so wierd because there are so many of them, they dont really make the noise for any reason, just talking and playing and testing out there little voices. my mom used to breed American Eskimos and they make the same noise.

Thanks Erin, that's amazing, I never knew that they could all make all that noise, very wierd!
Sorry Doreen, you know I am pretty useless with computers so I have no idea why you can't see it - maybe Ron will know?

My 2 cents . Yes newborns make that noise but I have never had them all make it and for that long a time . Puppies that cry like that for long periods of time are in distress .
Newborns need to be kept very warm ( at least 85 preferablly 90 degrees for the first week ) being on that floor is not warm enough for them . I think they are being sooo vocal is because they are cold .A young puppy can not regulate it's body temperature and need littermates mom and the air to stay warm A cold puppy can not digest food , and if fed while cold and not able to digest food they can die .
