Buddy got an Everlasting Treat Toy and he loves it. Below's a vid of him playing with it.

After a couple of hours we finally took it away because he was just so obsessive about it. He's crazy about it!

HA! That's soo funny. I easily imagine him doing that! But then does he bark at the place he knows you put it?

The thing in the middle is Everlasting's own brand treat, which come in different flavors. If you scroll down on the Amazon link you can see them for sale. We ran across it at Petco but I see they have them on Amazon as well.

The treat is holding up quite well. He really started whining at the cupboard we had put it in when we took it away, so we gave it back to him. (He has us wrapped around his little paws). He eventually got it small enough he could pop it out of the holder, but even then he chewed on it for a long time until I just took it away again.

You can use their treats, or your own. There's a "room" in it that you can stuff things in. In fact, that's where I stuffed the treat he got small for when we give it back to him again.

The blue thing is a soft but very tough plastic that I think can withstand even Buddy's chewing. He's really hard on things. I almost don't even want to buy him anything anymore because I feel like I'm throwing my money away. But I really think this will last.

After reading some reviews on Amazon, I'm a little leery about buying 2 of them in case my dogs pop that treat out as easily as some of those dogs did. Wouldn't be so bad if only buying one but 2....... I don't know.

I don't think I would have gotten it if I'd read those first, but it hasn't been a problem so I'm glad I didn't read them first.

When he got the treat all slimy and smaller, he did pop it out too. (But the treat is still hard and a good chew.) We popped it in the other side of the toy where there's flaps that hold treats into a compartment. So it's in there and still "useful" in the toy.

There is no such thing as an everlasting product for Shiro and Magpie, our GWP, however a log with the bark knocked off of it works pretty good!

It looks good and it was great to see the video. I see Buddy plays with it and then tries to eat on it too, neat, so it has 2 functions. Can't say I have ever seen them over here though.
