here are some pics of ruger at 3 weeks old, he was the only one in his litter and he is such a fatty  i think he is going to be a big boy. Has anyone one seen his colour before he is brindle but doesnt have alot of stripes, he is more fawn. Ill try and post more pics

Oh my - he is a chunky looking lad..............he looks like he was actually stuck under the bench in pic 2........
Was he literally the only one in the litter or was he the only boy? I can't say I have seen one with so few markings either.........

He was the only puppy in the litter , he almost got stuck in that pic, but he made it out safe

What a cutie! Well, if he's an 'only child' of course he's big--he has his choice of spigots and no one to wrestle for them! I've never seen markings like that, but it will sure make him easy to pick out in a crowd.
Welcome, and keep those pictures coming! It will be fun to watch him grow and see what comes out of all that baby fat

Size of a puppy does not really translate to size of an adult . My fattest puppy in my last litter is now a normal sized female about 53 pounds. Yet the smallest female is now over 60 pounds .
Even 1 stripe makes the dog brindle , genes determine the amount of stripes .
One of Edy's littermates had almost no stripes , and even then the stripes were mostly on one side . Many people jokingly call them frindles , more fawn then brindle . Totally normal .
