Does that website even have any pictures of the dogs? I only see text and the top B&W picture with no links to sires and dams.

This not is not intended to disrespect the decisions people have already made, but please do your homework. If you're trying to locate a breeder, call/contact the Boxer Club of Canada (BCC) for recommended breeders.
Regarding Tanaok or any breeder. Ask them if and what health testing they do, what are their illness guarantees if any, are they a member of BCC, do they show their dogs. If the answer is no, ask them why. More importantly, ask them to see the rooms/kennel where the dogs live and how they are raised. How many pups do they have living together at a time (illness/viruses is a big issue here). How many litters do they have per year/per ***? That will tell you a lot about any breeder.
As boxer lovers, it is our responsibility to buy from breeders that want to maintain the standard, health test to try to breed out things like cardiomyopathy, etc. The frustrating thing is that there are more BYB's than ethical breeders, so the search can be tough. I personally know someone who bought from a BYB through the paper and ending up spending $4,000 on vet fees in the first year to fix a sick dog. Be wary.

Thank you. It's great to be here. BTW, we have been looking for a boxer in the GTA for 5 months and finally may be getting one in a week or two. The more you research the more you learn. And visiting many breeders is always a good idea.

Hi and welcome! I wish i had done my homework 2 yrs ago, you are 100% right on!...this is the reason we went through another breeder for our Memo...we wanted someone who was breeding minimal litters per yr & doing health & TEMPERAMENT testing, keeping pups till at least 10wks, raw feeding, in the show ring etc....and yes after doing plenty of research lately and falling deeply in love with this breed, i will obtain any future dogs ONLY from a responsible breeder or rescue
