Lilly's Puppies...
To remove this ad please Register
Good morning everyone, our Lilly had her litter yesterday Saturday July 31...
a litter of 8 ALL BOYS
Ours started out like a normal delivery and then after 5 pups Lilly needed a c-section and the final 3 were delivered last night.
I will be sending photo's as she will not be home until later today. We had all fawns and one White. They are all very healthy and strong.

Well, we just brought her home, pups are doing great, all nursing like troopers, Mom is amazing.
4 classic plain fawn
3 flashy fawn
1 white with just a dash over his eye
We are ready to supplement if need be, but so far, they all are nursing and doing great.
Tomorrow we will get a good set of shots for you all to see :0)

That is great news.
I don't think I could handle the stress of waiting for all the pups to be born! Then having to go for C-section after so many.
Did the birthing start at home, then you had to go to the vet? How did you know there were still more inside?

Yes Doreen, she had her first one at home, then we went into the Vet, they induced her, she had 4 more, then became so tired she needed the remaining 3 to be sectioned.
She is a bit groggy yet, but doing wonderful. The pups are awesome, they are so strong. We are going to take photo's tomorrow and I will put them up, as soon as I can...

As I said, today we will take a good group of photo's of the whole litter, but here is the first puppy born Ludy, the flashy fawn and Gabe the white boy...
This is right after Gabe was born, he is still wet...
