Mine wasn't as bad as that commercial, but it sure made me angry when I saw it. I now close the door to the bedroom if they've been outside.

I greatly regret buying an expensive white coverlet. It was before I totally understood what a boxer was. Boo is Ms. Neat. She never makes a mess... ever. Keepers gets dirt and drool and Lord knows what else everywhere. The poor coverlet is now so stained and has two holes in it. Live and learn!!!

We have a pricey white one too, Ruby does not sleep on it but she somehow manages to get Boxer drool on it (probably when she comes in to say hello in the mornings) there is one good side to having white - if you get a really bad mark on it you can soak it in a strong stain treatment or diluted bleach and not worry about colours running or fading. My next one probably wont be white though lol.
