Hee, hee, if I don't get thrown out for being so disruptive I will certainly try and post some better pictures!
The meditation classes sound cool - just what you need after the sort of day you have with that horrible woman you have to work for. I sometimes play meditation tapes of water flowing and bird song - I find them quite relaxing.
