I was busy working on these babies (18) and boy was I glad when they were done!
They were white choc mud cakes with Marshmallow fondant and butter cream. I went through 2kg dry ingredients and 3 1/2 blocks of white choc for the cakes and about 3kg of marshmallow fondant. They were individual serve cakes that were approx 2 1/2 inches square.

Beautiful! Sound very labor intensive, and not inexpensive, so you probably wouldn't make any money at it--but those look good enough to sell (as well as eat!)

They were for my daughter's birthday party she wanted a "gift box cake" but her party was at an arcade and we would of had to take a knife, plates, forks etc with us to serve the cake, so I did individual ones for the kids to take home instead of carting everything with us.

LOL I don't think they would look that good by the time they reached you. Apparently quite a few of her friends haven't eaten them because they said they looked too pretty lol.

I would probably spray shellac it so it would stay forever! Way to pretty to eat.
