Default Human and Animal Bond photography.. Help?

Hey guys,
I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to portray the bond between human and animal.
I have a class called Studio Art and we had to choose a topic we'd like to do and as you can see I've chosen Human and Animal Bond.
I just need suggestions on ways I could do take photos and thought you guys may be able to help. Although I have to be able to do them and most will probably be with my two boxers so it kind of limits things a lot.
I originally started with the topic Senses but I'm not to good with it so I changed it today But anyway. Thanks in advance if you have any suggestions.

Default

Lots of cuddley pictures, lickey pictures and boxer kisses, agility maybe - does that show a bond? animal and man working together - guess so.

These are probably better ideas but may be more difficult for you to photograph - dogs sheperding sheep, dogs working with the blind, police dogs.
