Favourite Season?

My favourite season is winter! I love winter for Christmas mostly and for the snow, even though we had TOO MUCH of it this time round!!! Winter is also great for walking the dogs - hardly anyone goes out and many times we have the parks all to ourselves. Seems funny thinking about all the snow we had now as summer is nearly here, but I would swap it for the heat we have here at the moment - 30 today - wayyyyy too hot for me [and the dogs]!

I enjoy summer... nothing beats sunrise at 430 am and sunset at 11 pm... going to the dog park as it cools at night is awesome. also the skin kids get to spend almost all day outside playing and exploring at the lake. It's much easier for my wife to manage the three kids and dog when she doesn't have to keep them couped up in the house.

spring
no bugs no grass to mow. Can still sit outside and not sweat to death. Beside my dogs love the spring. So fresh and new they can't wait for winter to end.

Fall....walking dogs, crunching leaves, the smell of a fire burning, just cool enough to nip at your nose. We love it outside during the fall!

I'd have to say Spring, Fall being second. Spring means no more snow for a long long time, LOL. Even though we still get with a little snow once in a while during spring. It just seems that winter just lingers on forever!

Except for the gray skies of Jan & Feb, I really like all the seasons - albeit for different reasons. I'm glad to live in a place that has four distinct seasons.

Interesting, I like all the seasons for the natural beauty they bring, but spring brings me hayfever, summer brings me heat [I'm not a big lover of heat unless I can just lie under an umbrella by a pool - even then I'm fed up with this after about an hour], autumn sends the dogs mad running off after fox scents, so winter is just perfect for me.
