Those are great pics, Stephanie. I love seeing the way the dogs play together - makes me wish we had a second one. And the scenery is beautiful! I had to laugh at those birds on the cliff though - what were they thinking???

It looks like a lot of fun!

Beautiful shots.... I just love the pups running along the water's edge! And yes, those birds looked funny sitting in the cliff. LOL

Yes the birds do look funny, many of them build their nests on and in the cliff ledges because they are safe there from any predators, also, their eggs are particularly ovoid so they go round in a circle and they don't fall off. They nest all along the cliffs where its suitable, and it really is amazing to see them. Most of these birds spend the winter months out at sea so spring/summer is the best time to get good views of them and their babies. You can see in this picture the kittiwakes are all on nests with babies in them. Not all the birds are on nests - some are too immature for breeding this year, but they stick together anyway.

Have you noticed how much Ruby and Wally look alike? Several times I have looked at your photo signature and thought it was Wally! Even though he's only 1/2 Boxer, it sure seems to be his dominant gene!

Lori, they do look alike - do you have some recent pictures or some video footage of Wally? it would be great to see it.
