Our fence is 4 ft tall, so he can see over it, and we are currently trying to decide the most cost effective way to put in something taller in the hope if he can't see it, he'll stop. Of course, their dogs bark back, so they really can't say anything, but the other neighbors have no dog and a little boy about 1 yr old--they never say anything, but I imagine they'd appreciate a bit more quiet! (at least that baby can sleep thru anything!)
