........to Christmas day....I am so excited already - goodness knows why - I just love Christmas. So how's your shopping going - anyone got any pressies yet? What's on your wish list? I would love this, but I can't find it over here in the UK. I think it's really cute and it would make a nice centre piece for the Christmas table maybe............. Boxer Christmas Tree - The Danbury Mint

Already Dragon! Good heavens - did all the lights work? Oh and what's an oilers jersey? no idea I'm afraid - sounds like something a fisherman would wear - but that can't be right....

I love that Boxer tree! I used to get mail from the Danbury mint all the time. I must have gotten something "Boxer" from them once, but since I moved, I don't get any mail from them any more. Now that I think of it, I think it was Boxer plates that I had on my kitchen wall.... hmmmmm.... whatever happened to them? I keep seeing 2 of them in my mind. Maybe they broke? Did they ever get unpacked? Are they they still somewhere in a box? Now that is going to be on my mind, LOL LOL LOL.....
Oh... and as far as Christmas gifts... I only bought one item so far. I bough my husband a couple of DVD's online when I was ordering a couple for the grandkids. He wished he had started watching this series called "Madmen". I started watching it last season, so I will be happy to see the beginning shows too. He will be surprised. So it is also a gift to me, LOL.

One of my strands is not working properly and the Santa figurine started smoking.... The good news is the local hardware store already has replacements available!!!
As for the oilers jersey The Official Mobile Web Site - Edmonton Oilers
thew oilers name is in reference to the abundance of oil we have in our area. An "oiler" is an oil rig worker, or oil derrick hand... hope that makes sense?

My dh got his present this week - a digital recording studio. It's really more than just his Christmas present, but he couldn't wait. He's been having a blast with it.
I'm still thinking about everyone else. Maybe this cold weather will get me in the mood.
