Same here, we're facing a dry spell and temps around 100 this week.

We've been alternately whining that summer has barely shown it's face, and thanking our lucky stars that we aren't on the Eastern side of the country. Temperatures may break 80 degrees this weekend, but I'm not sure that we have had an entire week of good weather yet this year. Today is rain showers and not expected to get over 70 degrees. Wally much prefers it cooler, as when it gets too hot he doesn't get to go in the car.

It's been a miserable 20 -22 degrees here this past week, with on-off showers..........typical British summer - dreary. I have been checking in here but it has been so quiet and there hasn't really been much news my way.

Just heard the weather forecast for the weekend--78 degrees today, 85 tomorrow, and (aaaugh!) 90 on Sunday. Guess the weather is finally catching up to us. (still better than what the East Coast is dealing with!) Wally will want more 'play in the hose' time!

You know I'm always here, LOL. Just chillin..... not really... it's hard listening to that AC running 24/7. A town up north from us broke a record today being 108 degrees!!!! Hottest place in the nation today!
I know my car thermometer said 104 externally this afternoon and that's what it said in my garage too.
I was just about to go join my hubby out in the pool. Now that it is after 7 pm, the sun isn't shining bright, so we can enjoy being out in the water.

I've been busy judging 4-H (obedience and showmanship) I have yet another assignment today in Fond du Lac about 50 miles north of Milwaukee, I love judging the kids, they are the future of dogs...
