Hi all, so nice to see this post. I am doing very well recuperating in a nursing home/rehab. The only hard part is being surrounded by nothing but many dementia patients 24/7 in the heat. I am in shorts & they are in heavy sweaters. There is even one here wearing a hooded parka, I kid you not!!! We have been having a hot spell here this past week.
Of course the worst is I am missing Rex & Coco TREMENDOUSLY. It has been an emotional.day here for me. I've been crying on & off because I miss them SO MUCH!!!!! I had Ron bring the iPad back home cause I am afaid of theft. I am having a hard time typing too much on this little phone, but OT has been my lifesaver. I can keep in contact with all my friends on Facebook & emails. I am busy mornings & afternoons with physical therapy. Working hard so I can get home. Probably next week. I am doing so well! I'm cruising around here. Not too quickly, but I'm out there mixing things up with all the 80 year olds, LOL LOL. Feels great to be the young chick here, LOL LOL. Ok... I haven't gotten to read all other posts but will have plenty to catch up on Thanks for all the well wishes!!. Doreen
