It always takes me a few days to adjust to the time change, even if it does mean extra sleep

I didn't realize you guys do the change in Canada too. Do you know that Arizona does not have the time change?

I hate it. It will be so dark so early now. And it takes me a long time for my mind to get used to the change too.

Our clocks went back one hour Sunday 30th October, it is dark here now by 5pm. I didn't know that about Arizona not having a time change, interesting.

I think we should start a movement--let's propose next spring EVERYONE change their clocks by 1/2 an hour---and then we will NEVER DO IT AGAIN. A happy medium, and I won't have to bitch about losing an hour every year. My understanding is that they started doing it to help out the farmers---hello? Has anyone seen the average tractor lately? It has a/c and headlights--don't think the time change affects them at all! (Can you tell this is a 'thing' for me?

I did read somewhere a few years ago that they were considering not doing the time change. But, you know how everyone takes forever to decide on something that EVERYONE would enjoy. Ha! This getting dark by 5pm stuff is for the birds!! I can't ever get off work before it's pitch black outside. Then all I want to do is go home and go to bed when there is soooo much to do.
