PETA is bullshit. I cannot stand people who support PETA thinking they are some great animal organization. They are not at all. They are totally insane and hypocritical.

I had a friend who used to talk about how she was going to be a member of PETA one day. I told her about what the REALLY stand for and she just looked at me like "huh". She had no idea what they really stood for.

PETA wants to stop USA Network from airing the Westminster Dog Show. So, far it looks like USA Network will have a lot of supporters and PETA will have slim chances of convincing them to not air it. People have bred dogs for hundreds of years without problems, and all of a sudden, pedigree dogs are in danger. The dogs featured in "Pedigree Dogs Exposed" are exceptions, and I'm pretty sure they do not represent the real picture. The numbers those vets or whoever they might be are saying are just fabricated and have no factual proof. There will always be some pedigree dogs with disorders, but this does not mean that all pedigree dogs are not healthy.
