Testimonial: I've been feeding Scout Solid Gold Wolf Cub with great success. She seems to enjoy it, she's digested it well, and her coat looks great. I have not had the need to try others so I've just stuck with what has worked!

I fed this before I switched to raw . It was a pretty good food , I know some people were a bit disappointed that the ingredients changed when they were taken over by diamond . .

We are currently feeding Buddy Innova dry puppy food. The analysis is the first jpg, with 28% protein. We are thinking of switching him to Evo small bites. The analysis is the second jpg, with 42% protein.

I’m not wondering what you guys think of the difference. He’s 7 months old and I’m wondering specifically about the 42% protein – is that too high?

He gets fish oil, probiotics and garlic & yeast supplements too.

I think 42% is too high for a young dog .

On the dog food analysis site Evo is rated 6 star, and 6 star foods are not suitable for dogs under 12 months - too high protein. It would be a good switch though when he is a bit older .
