when is it ok to switch to orijan puppy? i read it is not good for them too young cause of the high protien content

right. It is pretty high in protein and you may need something else until the pup is older. You don't need "puppy" food at all really. Check out www.dogfoodanalysis.com It is a great food but not suitable for puppies.

hes 5 months now i want something better than the summit holistic canadian chicken .....i have read a ton of reviews but i want your guys personal experiances if possible

When we were feeding some kibble meals we were using Innova I really liked it, she did well with it but.... our babies are all different so I can't say your pup will do just as well on it

Still haven't found where I can get innova in kitchener Ontario but I'll do some searching the local shops , thanks for all the input

I have been feeding orijien for a couple years and when I got my boy he was around 6 months old and I just feed him the Fresh fish formula as soon as I brought him home with no issues. Mind you I don't feed alot of food at 1 time I just give them 1/2 cup 4 times aday. I know they have those little sample bags you could always get one of those to try it maybe use it as treats to see how they like it?

Do you guys have that Global Ryan store up there? I think they sell it cause the store in Chatham carries it? Not sure if Pet Value carries this food or not. I know a store in my area carries it.
