I was wondering if any of you have tried no gulp or slow eating bowls?

I prefer a plate actually... as for peaches she eats and drinks at an acceptable pace so she doesn't use them either

We don't but I have heard of putting a ball or a smaller bowl turned upside down in their food bowls to slow them down a bit. Neither of ours gulp their food.

Doreen uses one for Rex. We don't need one for Ruby - we need something that will catch all the mess she makes though she seems to get food EVERYWHERE if it's not on a bone lol. Who's the piggy - Tie or Newman?

The water dribbles are bad too, but I have found since I have been giving her some kibble meals (restricted ingredient stuff for her pancreatitis two meals of it per day + two RAW meals) it's kinda like she doesn't know how to eat the kibble lol and she gets the stuff all over her room, her RAW meals she does fine with - chomps it up and it's all gone nothing left behind. Someone needs to invent something to catch the kibble cause it rolls all over the place

Yes, the staffie I walk/board has one, it does slow her down by about 50 percent.

Yep, I have one for Rex.... I wonder if it makes things worse since he tries so much harder to get the food, I'm afraid he is inhaling the food faster!!

You can also put a big heavy rock in the bowl for them to eat around or use a cookie sheet to slow them down .
I have heard that all have worked depending on the dog .
