Let's just say after a month or so of pure dedication of doing this with Lucky, we failed! I can't believe I wasted so much time doing this. I couldn't have done a better job but poor Lucky just didn't want to go in that area I guess.
Dog Rocks - still reading about them. Seems good. I might try it. Does anyone think it might be bad??

I made an area 4'0 by 4'0 int he corner of our yard that is perimetered with pavign stone. (8" wide) Int he centre I dug down 30" and then filled it with gravel.
This is the only place peaches is allowed to go to the bathroom in our back yard. We don't even have to pick up the poop as we hose it up and then add some natural enzymes from the pet store to help break up the bacteria.
We also got something called a Pee post from the pet store but peaches never liked it.
We still have a puppy gate up around the 4 x 4 area but the door is always open. Eventually we will remove the cage but we are not in a hurry.
