Alot of us on here [not all], feed our dogs a raw diet - raw meat and bones - the bones are either ground up or whole]. There are some really great threads in the raw feeding section on this. Also, have a look at this site: Dog Food Reviews - Main Index - Powered by ReviewPost it objectively reviews many of the dog foods commonly available - the higher the star rating the better the product.

Feeding mostly canned food will most likely give him loose stools . That being said pedigree is not a really great food either .

I would pick a good quality kibble and soak it in a bit of water to soften it up , gradually over a few weeks make it less and less soggy so he will be eating hard kibble . he should be able to eat hard kibble by by 3-4 months .

ok, just figured he should be eating wet food because he's still a puppie, but i will change his diet, now should i start first by mixing a little of the food into what he is allready eating and gradually increase it to prevent diarreah??
