what is the best puppy food i should have my boxer on? I don't mind spending a few dollars on a good quality food. Right now he's on Horizon Legacy Puppy

I think Horizon Legacy is probably an excellent brand. If your puppy is thriving on it and seems to like the taste, there isn't any reason to switch.

Some of the best dogs food brands are: Blue Wilderness, EVO, Instinct, Orijen, and Welness.

Most of these brands have kibble specific for puppies.
