Here's an excellent article I found on food allergy. It confirms what I have always read and believed about allergy testing, in that it is NOT effective in determining food allergies, but can be useful for inhalant or contact allergies. It also discusses the diet trial, which is the best way of determining the source of food allergy symptoms.
