PEDIGREE HEALTHY VITALITY - Pure Garbage!

So i'm sitting watching Two and A Half Men and i see commercial for Pedigree Healthy Vitality.

First two ingredients....

GROUND YELLOW CORN

* AAFCO - Ground Corn is the entire corn kernel, ground or chopped.
* Although Ground Corn is a good quality source of carbohydrates, it is thought to be the #3 common cause of food allergies in pets.

MEAT AND BONE MEAL

Meat and bone meal (MBM) is a product of the rendering industry. It is typically about 50% protein, 35% ash, 8-12% fat, and 4-7% moisture. It is primarily used in the formulation of animal feed to improve the amino acid profile of the feed. Feeding of MBM to cattle is thought to have been responsible for the spread of BSE (mad cow disease). In most parts of the world, MBM is no longer allowed in feed for ruminant animals. However, in some areas, including the US, MBM is still used to feed monogastric animals. It is widely used in the United States as a low-cost meat in dog food and cat food.

If people did two seconds of research, they would see what kind of garbage is in most commercial dog food.

Well people will continue to buy commerical dog food because it's cheap

I'll admit there are times when I'm at the supermarket and I see someone buying a 30 lb bag of food for the same price as the 8 lb bag I buy that I'm a little jealous. But what are you going to do, I'm very much convinced that in the long run we will have a healthier dog who lives longer and has less vet bills.

But it says "Healthy Vitality", it must be healthy. They changed this food a year ago I think. This food had a boxer on the bag and a different name (it was called for active dogs or something), now it has a Golden Retriever.
