Aww, they are great pictures Doreen, I didn't know you had birds too! You got the slide show to work then I see, good for you - did you go pro - or did you sort it yourself?

Thanks, no I didn't go pro.... this is always the way slideshow normally comes out. I wanted to use a "theme", but still nothing to click on once I pick out my theme and set up all the photos.
Yep.... The Macaw, my nephew took since he kept attacking my puppies. I couldn't bare to keep him caged all the time and he would just come down and attack the pups. My nephew always loved him, but he moved across the states to go to law school so Arnie stayed with my brother, who always had and loves birds. I can visit Arnie at my brothers house.
The Conure fought with Vern all the time, even losing one of his toes, so he is with my son's friend, who loves Harley. Now everyone is happy. I don't let Vern out around any boxers. Only the Golden was patient enough to have Vern jump on his back and walk around on the floor. Vern only comes out when I shut the family room doors.

What beautiful pics. I love the one of I think Rufus watching TV lol. The birds are beautiful, my brother bought my niece a hand raised cockatiel years ago, she just adored it. Have you taught yours to speak? Hers mimicked the sound of the telephone ringing, it so good at it that you couldn't tell what was the phone and what was the bird lol.

Yes, Vern speaks a few things, but only the family understands, just like parents with their kids when they start talking, LOL... plus he whistles the old tv show "The Andy Griffith Show". There was a marathon on one day so the whistling in the intro played all day long at the start of the shows.
The Blue and Gold had a big vocabulary.... his favorite was phrase... "Want a peanut?", LOL LOL. I always had a bowl of peanuts nearby and he ALWAYS wanted them, LOL.

Do any of your cockatiels 'dance' - LOL this is so funny - it features Snowball who lives in a rescue sanctuary for birds.

Wow... that must be beautiful to see them in the wild all the time. And trust me, after having my birds... I can imagine how loud they all must be!!! My macaw, when outside, the WHOLE neighborhood heard him and knew he was outside. The Sun Conure was also very loud with that ear piercing tone.
