You are an angel for even trying! Sometimes, personalities just do not mesh. I took in a very sick little fawn girl a couple of summers ago. Had to feed her with a syringe for 3 days. To make a long story short, she was with us for 9 mos until my older female Wilma and she decided there could be on one true "bitch" in the house. Nasty fights, stitches and all. Ugg! I was working with rescue at the time and found her an excellent home. She is still happy and healthy. Like people, some pups are better with some than with others. Nothing against anyone. Thanks for trying. You will find a good fit.

I'm sorry! We found that when we've had the couple fosters we've had (we're no experts) that it is easiest to keep them apart for several days. But I imagine that is easier to do with smaller dogs. Once everyone settles in and gets used to the smells from across the house we let them meet slowly.
