Are they having that Boxer day here in NJ in Thompson park anymore this summer?

You know what, I never found out what day/time they meet there. I called up the park, but they weren't sure as the groups are informal and set up meetings on their own. I do know of one up a bit north called the Central NJ Boxer Ring - they meet in Somerset the first Saturday each month The Central NJ Boxer Ring (Somerset, NJ) - Meetup.com. That's a bit too far for us to go and I think they have a yearly fee to cover their website. I'd rather go to a less formal meetup - if you ever hear anything about the Thompson one let me know!

The Somerset one would be closer for me, I think. Maybe I will look into it, but since it is more formal, like you say, I don't know... but I will see what I find.

The Thompson park you were speaking of is a little far for me, I think. We have a Thompson park closer, but think it is in like Jamesburg, which wouldn't be too far, but still, for a weeknight, even a little far.

I just took a quick peek at the site... that is where my son had his wedding photos taken, I believe.

Joe, I did look into the one in Somerset. I couldn't make it this past Saturday since I had family coming in, but maybe in the future.
