Talking Charlie the defender

Weve noticed that Charlie really is a mummys boy! We both train him, tell him off and praise him for things and both give loads of cuddles and play too but it seems he does prefer me.

Yesterday we were sat on the floor with him and my other half was playing fighting with him. Charlie was very happy with it. All of a sudden my other half says "Lets push mummy too!" and pocked my arm. Charlie immediatly puts himself in front of me and starts barking like a madman at my other half.

I cuddled him and my other half just laughed and said "Oh hes a big boy now!" and cuddled him too and Charlie calmed down straight away. I guess I just wasnt expecting him to take such a defensive posture for me within just a couple of weeks.

My baby loves me!
