the first one is SOOOOO sad.... but im glad yopu put up the second one too, its actually kinda funny that such a little dog can cause so much trouble

I saw the first article in the paper and i couldnt read it. My eyes were welling up just from the title.

OMG that first story is just terrible - poor dogs, poor owner he would be feeling pretty messed up.
As for the second story hmmmm that Yorkie looks like it needs a good bath and groom and it is disgusting that the owners are making excuses for such bad behaviour from it. This is what rubs me the wrong way about small dog owners they just laugh off bad behaviour because "he/she is so little he/she cant cause much damage/ do any harm" grrrr.

that is so sad, and I could see that happening, I guess we must always make it a point to NEVER tether a dog to a vehicle...
