Spoilt the puppers again and thought I'd share as I always appreciate the toy recommendations others post.

So the loot this time consists of a Dog Tornado which they LOVE it is rated level 1 (cause Fudge is a little .....weeell, slow lol) you can add the white bone lid things to make it harder. A Wiggly Giggly Jack, Ruby goes crazy for the sound it makes and enjoys having a chew, it's hard plastic and seems to be taking her abuse quite well, too big for Fudge he just like to chew on the arms. They both got a Busy Buddy Waggle, you can stuff each end with treats and you have the ability to make the treats come out easier by trimming of a prong or two which holds the treats in, it is slightly flexible rubber type material. Fudge LOVES it and will grab it in his mouth and thrash it about to get the treats out, Ruby hasn't showed very much interest in it but she does have a new squeeker toy and we all know what Boxers are like with squeeker toys lol. Ruby's pick of the lot (thank you Sally) is her Shark Hard Boiled Softie, she has not let it out of her sight and runs laps around the house (it's raining out) squeeking it, she doesn't seem really keen on sharing it with Fudge lol (she is usually REALLY good about sharing) but he has some new Kong balls heading his way in the post so he wont care in a day or two
I did give them their tug o jugs the other day, again Fudge is too slow to get the whole idea of it, Ruby does try to work the rope to get the treats out but figured out pretty quick that if she goes and gives it to a skin kid they will empty it out for her lol.

Dog Tornado (you should probably mute the volume as DH had some loud anoying music going in the background)

Wiggly Giggly Jack - poor girl just wanted to play with her new toy and her pesky baby bro kept bugging her, she is so patient with him

Hard Boiled Softie - it's a pretty bad quality video but you get the idea of what she has been doing since she got it

Is that what a shark sounds like??? LOL LOL. Oh my.... I'm glad I can't have those kind of toys for my dogs. I think that sound would drive me crazy!!! LOL

It looks so funny so see the long tail on Ruby. I'm just not used to tails. She is so cute. And Fudge looks so tiny!

It is good to put up new toys for us all to see what's out there. This should be a new kind of main Topic Ron.

Those are great videos!!! I love the interaction between Fudge and Ruby - especially on the Wiggly Jack one. How precious!

Yes, Doreen, the sound can drive you crazy, except you are laughing so much you don't care!!! I think the more disturbing the noise, the more Buddy loves it. He must have an evil, dark side tucked under that comedian, lover exterior.

The Tornado video was interesting too because my first thought was Buddy would not play with it nice like Fudge. He would start to chew on it or toss it around. So what do I see Ruby do? Start to chew on it, lol!!!

The Wiggly Jack is a new one for me and I'll have to look into those. Buddy would try to chew and destroy it, but I saw Ruby chew on it too and if it's holding up, it might be worth a try.

Thanks for sharing the info and vids!

Hee, hee, Ruby and Roddy got that shark thing for Christmas. Ruby wasn't that bothered with it, but Roddy for about 2 weeks after he would just lie there and chew it and chew it and chew it. It drove us all mad, especially when we were trying to watch something on the TV. I think the shark has taken a vacation in the back of a cupboard somewhere for a few weeks................

Thanks Gizelle for your report on the tug o jug thing. I'm still thinking about that one for my guys. I like the tornado toy - Ruby is so good with Fudge, I have a few of those games around here and I have to shut them out and just play with one dog at a time - food, bones, pizzles all = fights in my house.

Watching your Ruby with that wiggly thing, reminds of how they chew on a bone.............

What kong balls is Fudge getting? - are they the squeaky ones or something different?

I think thats a great idea, maybe a sub forum (like the raw one in diet and nutrition) under general dog discussion???? I have bought a few things now you guys have recommended.

She is a patient girl, I am so proud of the way she is with him. Fudge is going through that testing stage they go through around 6 months (little monster) and he is pushing the nerves a bit lol.
