Boxer Age
To remove this ad please Register
I am trying to figure out how old our new boxer is.
dbworld.s3.amazonaws.com/14515762_600.jpg
I am thinking about 7-8 months old. He only has three k9s, very little tarter. No bottom front teeth, most of his upper front teeth and all of his back teeth.
Any other age guesses?
Susan.

Is there suppose to be a photo included in your post? Oh I see.
The vets usually have a good guess. Mine guessed the age for my Rex.

Buster
Hope you don't mind, but I put Buster up as a real photo so we don't have to go to another window to open his photo up, he is right here for us to see that cute face.

Just by looking at his face, my guess would be about the same as yours. He is a doll!!!!!!

Why doesn't he have any bottom teeth, are they worn down to nubs or doesn't he even have any roots to them at all? If he was a chewer of rocks that could happen, but some Boxers do have lower front gum problems sometimes that might need vet attention. There is a name for it, but I can't think of it off hand.

he still doesnt have all those teeth yet?, bo is 8 months old and has had all his adult teeth for several months.....did you mean 7-8 years? i notice he looks like he has a dry nose which is common in older dogs, and a pup under the age of one should have no tartar at all.... but more pics would be helpfull
