The first Boxer I ever knew was Buttons. She came to live with my family in 1950 when I was a toddler, so I do not remember a time without having a Boxer in my life.
Back in the summers in the day when there was no air conditioning in cars us kids sat in the back seat with our Boxers and gave them ice cubes along the drive. Yeah for vinyl seats in our DeSoto!
