Our girls is 15 weeks old and she is constantly peeing in the house. She goes number 2 outside, but when it comes to peeing its like she can't get the hang of it. I know she is still young but i thought she would be farther along especially since it seems she has grasped going outside for number 2.

Don't dispair.... it can take sometimes up to 6 months, but hopefully not if you are diligent.

The rule of thumb is 1 hour for every month old +1 . So if she is 4 months
( to make it easier ) she should be able to hold it for 4-5 hours .

Also if she is peeing frequently but not very much each time she may have an UTI . Your vet can do a urine culture to check that out .

lots of time and patients is right... also if you make sure she does both outside befor coming in that will help... but i know until Bo was about 6 months old he had to go out to pee about every hour(or at least it seemed that way) he could hold it all night long in his crate but when he was out and i was home he wanted out all the time and every time he would go pee.. but he also drank a lot.... just be happy shes got the pooping down

She does fine in the crate, its just when she is out she has to go every 15 minutes. We thought about the UTI but if she can hold it in the crate we didn't think that was the case. and yeah, im glad she has the pooping down cause that is never fun too clean up.

Like everyone said, patience patience patience! I still get frustrated with Shenzi because she doesn't seem to understand very well yet; she's about 8 months.
A good tip is to not leave water down all the time. Only give her water right when you feed her, and take her out right after that, and frequently right after she drinks. Doing this helped big time with my pup!

Yeah we don't leave the water down all the time, but pretty much the last two weeks it has been raining so she just drinks outside! Hopefully once it dries out some she wont be as bad.
