UPS boxes... Rex & Coco!
To remove this ad please Register
Lately, the UPS man has been delivering all toys for the doggies. Now, every time, a box comes, they come sniffing and wagging their little nubby tails, waiting for me to open them since all the boxes or envelopes have been for them, LOL.
One toy in particular has been a Blessing! You all know how Rex loves his one ball that he can play all day outside with. Now I have something for Coco, so she can let Rex play without her barking at him non stop to play with her instead. I got her this little football, made out of the tennis ball material. She loves it since it bounces a little when she paws it, sending it all over the place. I first gave it to them inside. She kept pawing it and it was always under some furniture and I had to keep getting a broom to get it out. So one last time, I said, that's it... this thing is going outside. I couldn't sit down for a minute without having to get up to get the broom, LOL. So outside it went! Well, she now wants to be outside ALL the time with it. Rex wants to be outside all the time with his ball, so they are both happy campers!!! She has not chewed it YET. I am hoping she doesn't since it is keeping her so amused!!! I had ordered it on Amazon, but I'm sure they must sell it in pet stores. I just don't know if this shape is in my particular stores, but I will be looking to buy another one to keep on hand, just in case something happens to this one! I only had to go out once to help her get it out from a place she couldn't get it. It went under the fence, by the pool. Only problem now... she keeps sitting by the back doors, whining that she wants to go outside!!!!! All the time!!!
These dogs have been so happy with all the new toys. But I feel like I have little kids all over again. All I am doing is picking up toys cause I am afraid I am going to fall on them. Coco has to bring a few of them to my bed too! If I can get them all together without the dogs taking them to play, I will take a photo.

LOL, I finally managed to get all the pictures up and the video rolling, my internet access has been just awful the past few days.
Doreen, you always make me smile when I read what you and your dogs have been up to.....The video was great - Rex is so clever - does he mostly roll the ball across the concrete rather than the grass? It's so clever that he picked it up and took it back to the beginning to roll it again, also is there a small ball inside the big ball? I can't see very well..
Coco looks like she really loves her squeaky ball there. Poor thing looking at it by the swimming pool. I have so say the squeaking would drive me a little nuts after a while though. Lovely pictures Doreen, thanks for sharing.

Stephanie, Rex rolls the ball ALL over even on the grass. And yes, there is a small ball inside the bigger ball.
When he gets tired he plops down with ball in mouth and rests his chin on it. He can also potty while holding the ball. He is obsessed with it!
Yes, the squeaky....I didn't realize those tennis ball type products have squeakys. Luckily they are hard to squeak as compared to soft rubber toys.

He knows he has to leave the ball outside. If he ever tries to bring it in, which is rare, I just say, "no balls in the house" and he drops it right at the door, LOL.

Too Funny! They sure look like they're having fun---and you have a lovely big yard! Wally's yard is MAYBE half the size (not counting the pool.)

Unfortunately, the second video I took is better, but my new camera takes the videos in HD and uses many megabytes or gigabytes or whatever it is they use, but it is too large to put on photo bucket.
I'll have to learn to not go over a minute and 1/2 or so with a video if I want to upload to photo bucket.
