Default Does Your Boxer Gain Weight Over the Winter?

This winter has been especially cold/snowy here in Ontario Canada. That means Tie doesn't get as much exercise as he normally would. Running around the house chasing the cat is good, but not the same as running around the back yard at full speed or going on long walks.

Tie doesn't like to admit it, but he does put on a pound or two in the winter

What about your boxer?

Keepers is stuck at 47 pounds. I'm curious if he will loose even more once we start 2x a week agility. He has the metabolism of a hummingbird. Boo has lost weight this winter, but she was a little over weight and has been on a diet.

Edy has also gained a few pounds this fall & winter .
We moved over the summer and have only been able to put up part of the fence so she does not have as much room to burn off all her energy . Hopefully the fence will be finished in the spring and she can loose those extra few pounds .

The other issue is the amount of snow we have. Tie hates it for the most part, and only makes trails in the back yard to walk around in.

I still can't decide if Keepers likes the snow and cold or not. It seems like nothing will stop him. I'm the one who has to cut our walks short in 10 degree weather, he would be happy to keep going.
