It could be a food allergy. What are you feeding her? You might want to try a food for with limited ingredients for allergies.

That may be the problem. When I got Daisy I really had to educate myself on dog foods. I was shocked! Look at the stickies under diet and nutrition on this forum. There are some good links. Cheap dog food may end up costing you more in the long run on vet bills. Petco sells Natural Balance which the Boxer rescue here recommends for Boxers with allergies. They recommend the duck and sweet potato. I home cook most of Georgie's food. I know that is a big hassle but I know what she is getting.

She needs to be wormed, if you have already done so and you are still having problems you will need to go to your vet. Is she receiving any flea preventatives if not fleas may be contributing to the itching. But I would invest in a better quality food too. You will feed less which means you will decrease the chances of bloat, she will poop less, have a healthier coat and be at less risk of developing ear infections, stressing her liver and kidneys less risk of cancer (cheaper foods have questionable preservatives added to them that are banned from being used in human foods as they are carcinogenic) and these are just a few reasons why cheaper foods should be avoided there are many more.
Have a look at www.dogfoodanalysis.com and you can check the rating of the food you are currently using and all the nasties it contains, while you are there you can look up some of the better foods too so you can check what is available in your area.

I'm glad you'll take her in to the Vet, that's best, make sure you take a stool sample with you.
Cheap dog food is not good! Use the dog food analysis site previously mentioned. It is a great tool for guiding your food choices! Petco has a few good quality foods but your best choices usually come from smaller specialty stores. Some good foods are Wellness, Taste of the Wild, Chicken Soup, Orijen. You can go to the company website and do a store search to find them locally.

LOL. Thanks for that, I'll have to get you to proof read all my posts. I was close the "d" is next to the "f". My keyboard is driving me nuts at the moment too, it's one of those cordless ones and it will work for awhile and then half way through something it stops, I've changed the batteries 3 times and it's still doing it. I am also half way through typing a sort of "idiots guide" to raw feeding for a GF who is picking up a puppy from the breeder in two weeks and it is taking me so long because of the stupid keyboard. Sorry that was off topic but I needed to vent before I threw it across the room.
