Nice Poop!!!!!

I didn't want to speak to soon again, but Dh and I have been picking up some REALLY NICE poops the past 2 days!!!!! I am soooo excited!!!!
I am sticking with ground turkey, THK, and mashed potatoes. I did just try some rice today since I didn't have potatoes made. I kinda think he might not really have problems with rice, but we shall see. At least I know if I really have to eliminate rice or not. Rice is soooo much easier and more plentiful when made. I can buy it buy the like 20 lbs., LOL. I am really crossing my fingers on the rice. As long as I know I have the turkey and THK working.

WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!! The lady we are buying food from ships, so maybe one day you can try that also, Keepers is loving the variety, now that his system has healed.
I am so thrilled THK is working for him. I felt like I was really putting myself on the line with the suggestion and would have felt like a real heel if it hadn't helped.

I am so thankful you did recommend it!!!! Now I just have to keep the orders coming!!! I'll order it by the 4 pack next time. The new 7 lb. box should arrive tomorrow.
I was willing to try anything at this point, and this one hit the jackpot.

It's so strange how the raw/freeze dried does such wonders for some dogs. It's a simple enough fix too, especially after all the tests and drugs we put Keepers through. I am so glad you found boxerhub and Rex is feeling better!

That's AWESOME!!!!
And really, the solid poops are only the tip of the iceberg. What they represent - a healing gut, better metabolism of nutrition, and all the health that goes with it, is what's really awesome. All the dis-ease you won't have!
You deserve some real kudos, Doreen. It took a lot of courage for you to take him off the meds, not get a colonoscopy, go through the work and learning curve of raw and hold his paw through all of this. You - and your husband - should feel very good about yourselves and all the (quite literally) crap you've gone through to get to where you are now. Golf clap!

Thanks, but it is nothing a responsible pet owner wouldn't try to help their pet. I am just sooo happy that he will be getting healthy! I think he even looks like he might have filled out ever so slightly too!
I like the hold his paw too, LOL
