I do not own a white boxer but there are no more allergy issues in whites than there are in colored boxers . That is one of the many myths of white boxers . I would say that boxers have a higher incidence of allergies than other breeds and by being white the redness of allergy irritation will show more through a white coat . The thing you may have to watch out for is sunburn as the white boxer lacks skin pigmentation and they tend to get sunbirned , just apply some sunscreen ( usually to the muzzle / head area where the fur is thinner ) if he is going to be in the sun for a long period of time .
