Peaches gets in a dog fight
To remove this ad please Register BAH! Peaches and my wife were out with the regular dog walking group (they walk once a week at various offleash parks). Peaches decides to get mouthy with an austrailian sheperd mix and ends up going to the vet missing part of her ear.
The other dog was ok and if anything it was peaches fault but man is it frustrating. After all the time and effort you spend in training and hours of socialization at the dog park and this is the result.... Anyway Like I said Peaches is missing a chunk of ear now and is pretty bummed. out. Spent the saturday at the vet trying to get the bleeding to stop. She is home now with her ear bandaged to head. |

oh poor girl. How much ear is gone?
She probably got mad cause she couldn't understand the dogs accent

oh no! poor (bad) girlie! i always feel so awful if Newman acts aggressively or gets in a fight.....i hope her ear heals ok!

That's too bad--and poor Peaches! Poor you too-- don't you feel like your kid got in a fight at recess?I think we're scarred more than the pups!

That's too bad. I hope it doesn't take long to heal and I'm glad it wasn't any worse for her or the other dog.
