Default Tie has a HUGE mole

So Tie's had this huge mole for 2 year now or so. The vet said that it's not a major concern, but if he has to go under for any reason, they'll remove it. My concern is that it will get caught on something and rip off.

It's located directly under his belly near his man stuff

Think i should get it removed?

Here's a pic of it.
