How can you tell if your dog has had pups?

I have been taking Daisy to the dog park lately and everyone keeps asking me if Daisy has had pups. Her teats and "privets" are quite large compared to the other girls. I know when I got her from the rescue group about 6 weeks ago she had just been spayed. She is now only 15 months old now which means she would have had to have pups her first heat. She was really underweight when I got her (just 40 lbs). If she has what would be the health issues for a boxer bred so young??? I really do not know her history.

Any female that has not been spayed before the first heat cycle will have enlarged nipples and backend . This will not usually go away after spaying maybe shrink up a little but not to the point of a spayed female , they will always stay more enlarged than a dog who was spayed before their first cycle .

Also all dogs are different some have larger nipples / backsides than others even if both are spayed or not .

My Edy has a rather large backend ( sorry Edy ) as did her dam and grandam, I have had people think she was in season when that is just her normal size while not in season .
