i heard some people use Avon Skin so Soft on their dogs to repel ticks and fleas.

Just wondering if anyone has heard of this or tried it?

I have heard of this and have tried it with my skin kids .
It works a bit around our other house .

We used it when we went hiking in the mountains and we still got bit by mosquitoes and may flies pretty badly .

I've heard of spritzing with vinegar and also listerine (which is a great itch reliever too)

We live near a woods with lots of tall dune grass, which Buddy loves to play in. Yesterday I found a tick on him and removed it easily with this tick twister, which I got at Petco. It was a male dog tick according to this identification chart.

Hope nobody else needs this info, but if you do, it's nice to have handy. The tick twister was really easy to use. I'm glad I bought it ahead of time.
