To remove this ad please Register HI there, just introducing myself and my 4 year old boxer girl Ruby. She is 4 years old but we have only had her a year. She was used for puppy breeding but got into difficulty with her last litter and had to have a ceasarian so was given up as the owners realised she wasn't the cash cow they thought she was!
She lives with me - Stephanie, and my other half, Graham, and our other rescue dog, Jakey - an 8 year old border collie cross. She is our first boxer and she is everything people say about boxers and more. She is one mad licking machine - she loves and licks everyone including Jakey and every now and then, certain items of furniture! She is always on a mission to find food, and any prospect of it gets her back to you no matter where she is! All the toys in the house belong to her - SHE HAS JUST GOT TO HAVE IT if Jakey's got it, or anyone else for that matter! Her enemies are the neighbourhood squirrels and cats that dare come in our garden, and worse still sit on the garden shed - they do it just to wind her up I'm sure. She is loyal, obedient [most of the time] and so funny. When I look at her goofy face, half the time her big old slobber chops are caught up in her mouth and she doesn't even seem to notice, I can't help but smile and thank God for bringing her into our lives. Welcome! She is a beauty!! I am so glad you got her away from those horrible people who view dogs as a something you can make money on then throw away. Sounds like she has it made now.
