Hello from the UK

Hi, im new to the forum and thought id introduce myself. Im Tania, 31 years old, student and full time mum to a 2 year old monster, 3 juvenile rat girls and from saturday onwards a male boxer pup called Charlie.

My partner had a Boxer for nearly 14 years and swears that he wont ever have anything else again. As Cody died 2 years ago he has been left miserable ever since begging me to let him have a Boxer again. We are now in a position to do it and so our new 3 month old boy is arriving Saturday!

Im sure that although my partner is quite experienced in keeping a boxer, the time will come when we have questions or doubts and would apreciate the knowledge and experience of others, as well as the more up to date information on whatever the issue at the time is, so I hope you will all be the source of that help when the time comes.

i also have a two year old son, and a now 5 month old boxer(we got him when he was 2 months). and its a blast, my life never has a dull moment. sometimes its harder then others but everyone here has been so helpful.

Tania, I know this will be bad timing since you are bringing home your pup today and you will be plenty busy, but when you said you are a mum to 3 juvenile "rat girlies", I am not familiar with this term.... I don't want to sound disrespectful, LOL, but are these your teen daughters or are these actual pet rats? I am leaning towards thinking they are pets. I know there will be a little lingo barrier between us LOL.... just want to get it straight.

I had to ask Giselle to explain many things to me since I didn't get her Aussie lingo... she even sent me a site with her slang words, LOL LOL.
